Hsinchu has a reasonable busing service. Price is 15nt or 50cents US to go around the city. During peak hours busses are every 10~15 minutes, though they aren't always on time.Easiest way is to get around by scooter or Taxi. Taxi prices are cheap here, though drivers drive rather fast and your first taxi drive will be an adventure!
